If 2 companies sell the same part.

#1 is more expensive and doesn't offer good service or support.

#2 is competitively priced and is willing to help, lend information and stand behind their parts.

Who is the obvious winner there? And honestly, #2 should charge more than #1, and I promise people will pay for it.

Them being the same, means that I will get the same results... right? Well if they aren't willing to help me when I need them, I'm not going to be interested in buying anything from them so the end result won't be exactly the same.

Therefor, Ksport would have the advantage in this realm.

The majority of the people buying coil overs don't look at the equation like you do. They just want the lowest possible price.
