Good replacement for OEM Brake Pads
Hi guys,
I'm close to having to replace my stock OEM brake pads. Probably a good opportunity to switch to something that performs better than OEM but at the same time looking for something very low on dust and zero to very low noise. I found and old thread recommending Hawk HPS brake pads but not sure if someone has a better suggestion or are Hawk's my best bet. My car is a daily driver, 100% street, never sees track. I'm just looking for pads right now. In the future I might upgrade lines, fluid, and maybe even get some lightweight rotors. Thanks in advance!

Check out this thread:
Brake Pad Reviews Stainless steel lines, DOT4 fluid and lightweight rotors/BBK are all nice to have. Less unsprung weight will add better acceleration/deceleration and handling, on top of improved brake response and reduced fade. Arguable need on a street-only driven car, but SS lines and DOT4 are cheap enough to do.

Hawk ceramics will be best on a car used as yours is. Plenty fine for the street and quiet and clean.

You think these will do? Just looking for a step over stock.. How do these treat the rotors?
