Installed the Kinetix kits front and rear. Unfortunately the Kinetix front control arms don't come with caster adjustments. Guess I should have gone with the SPC control arms up front because now the caster is greater. 6.4 on the driver side and 5.6 on the passenger side. In the rear I wanted -2.0 camber but the best they could do was -2.4 and still keep toe within specs. As far as I can tell the only reason for marking the top hat is to ensure the strut is facing correctly for the brake housings to attach. I don't think the shock/spring assembly has any affect on caster. The tech did say the camber adjustments impact both toe and caster.

correct. shock/spring assembly does not affect caster/camber/or toe, its either installed in the right place or not.
When you change camber, it affects the toe. When you change the toe, it only affects the toe |
