Have knowledge in Alignment/Camber adjustment?
I got my car lowered on Swift Spec R Springs. I had my alignment right after with stock camber arms. My camber was -2.3 in the front and -3.3 in the rear. The max to be in spec is -2.2 all around and -0.5 is stock (according to the place that I went). I ordered Camber arms for the rear and installed them. It was apparently suppose to go 2 degrees either way from stock camber meaning my rear should be at -1.3? Anyways, when they did the alignment they said they couldnt adjust the camber much because the toe would be way off. So they made it go from -3.3 to -2.7. Does this sound right...were any of you able to go with less negative camber?

you are supposed to get toe bolts and they should install those too so you can adjust the toe in back. look up 'eibach/spc' toe bolts

The ichiba came with toe bolts...

yah, you have to do both together but sometimes you can get away with just the camber arms.

If the toe bolt hole has been shaved (aka dremeled) and they still can't adjust it properly, you need to find a new alignment shop. It should be pretty obvious to the tech that removing that notch would allow the extra adjustment needed, so maybe a new shop is in order either way.
