Not really sure I understand what you are asking, but regarding heat issues... rotors aren't going to do anything to solve brake fade on the Z. Higher temperature-rated pads and brake fluid will, however.

With the stock pads there will be no extra squeaking. Especially if you apply brake quiet to the backing plates of the pads.

Slotted, drilled, or J-hook rotors will however make a little more of a "pad grind" sound that you may or may not be able to hear with the windows down. This is just a function of the aggressive rotor surface wearing against the pad under braking. More so than a blank rotor.

Now many aggressive street or track pads will squeal as a function of their material composition. The more aggressive they are the louder they tend to be.
