camber kit
My Z is lowered on kw v3 and I believe it is about same height with H&R springs, or maybe a little bit lower.
When I had alignment back then, the technician recommended me getting a camber kit at least for the rear.(I remember it was -2.5 rear) I am about to get Re-11 soon, and it looks like stock tires wore unevenly My plan first is to raise the car little bit more (about eibach spring rate) due to bad road here. for the guys with eibach or swift spring height, did you install camber kit? If so, front and rear or just the rear? |
Most people just get the rear camber arms
Adjusting toe is a LOT more important. Rear camber arms + toe set to specs and you'll be good to go.
You could go with just the rears if you wanted but I chose to go with both since the car was up in the air and it did not take much more time/money to do. Just to have that adjustability down the road.

well.. I'd take that I need front and back, right?
Im contemplating this too....the rear on my car is 3.5 and the front is 2.3....I think its suppose to be less than 2.2
Do i need front and rear both camber kit for 20mm front spacer, 25mm rear spacer and eibach springs??? or do i need rear kit??
^^ what are your alignment specs after spring instal (toe/camber)?
I did swift spec r springs, and my specs are 3.3 in the back, and 2.3 in the front...I believe the max specs for 370Z are 2.2 in the front and back..
go with the rears bud. thats all you're going to need, especially if you're even going to put the car back higher anyway.
I just got a rear kit… I’m on Eibach’s Nismo specific lowering springs. -1.7 front and -1.5 rear after alignment. I'm also running 20mm front and 25mm rear H&R spacers with sport wheel offsets.

Can anyone please tell me if i just need the camber arm and or toe bolt. So far I read that only the camber arm is needed. Is this correct? Also SPC or SPL? I'm ordering swift springs tomorrow along with 20/25mm spacers.

Thanks for the quick response.... is the SPL camber arm and bolt strictly a bolt-on?, i was reading with the SPC some modification has to be done to fit the bolt
You have to drill out the area where the new toe bolt goes. This is to allow for more adjustability of the toe. Some camber arms come with a new toe bolt.
