Id like to get some under $1000 lol... Its my daily, however I'm still deciding if I should just get the H&R Springs instead... I don't track my car.

Have you looked at powertrix coilovers? Check them out. Powertrix.com. Owner Charles Park is a member here. Ive had the SS model on my car for about a month now and the ride is amazing.

For $1,000, try Powertrix and BC BR. As far as springs go, I'd rather get Swifts. It's not as low as H&R, but performance wise it's pretty amazing for what you pay.

A lot of people have had good luck with BC in that range.

Price range aside, good for street (smoothest ride) with some track/road course duty which way to go?

I just installed BC ER series coilovers and it is night and day over the Swift Spec -r springs but the BR series are a little cheaper.

I'm mostly looking for a ride that is smooth as possible. Not really worried about drop or price up to say 1800.
