SLP adjustable FRONT camber arms FYI

I just got another e-mail back from SPL and they said that the 370z front control arms are still in development, but are scheduled to be released in the next six months. I think the SPL stuff is excellent and definitely better than the current SPC offerings. I just hope I can wait that long. The outer edge of my front tires is taking a beating and I need to get some more camber in there. Maybe AM Performance will get something out there first.

I emailed them about a week or two ago and they told me there was no date and that the economy has been especially hard on them. I'm going to buy some arms shortly and I won't be waiting for these. Doubt it'll be 6 months.

I did SPC all the way around. Zero issues. I am lowered on Swift springs

SPC is a great kit but when pushed hard like at the track it can slip a little due to it's design. The SPL setup is defiantly better in design. On the SPC you might just have to tighten down the top nut tighter than what it's called for.

Mike uses the SPC front arms and said he's had zero issues. He uses the car solely on the track. I'm favoring the SPC kit now and then using some blue locktite on the bolts.

Don't get me wrong I love the SPC kit also. Even had one on my 350 also. I've never had an issue before either. But if both kits were out I'd probably choose the SPL front arms over the SPC. The SPL is a little easier to adjust and hold your settings while during an actual alignment. You just have to tighten the top nut more and I assume the locktite will help. But even then it CAN slip due to its design. Probably more so if you hit a bad pot hole. But even then that could threw any kit out of alignment.

Mine never slipped and you know we drive our cars alittle hard than going to church on Sunday.

Another thing about the SPC kit is that mine seems to smash into my fenders when I hit a bad bump on the freeway or any sort of high speed traveling. I'm not the only one who has experienced this either.

^ I get that from time to time also. Only a handful of times. More so when I was lower than I am now.That's one reason why raised it up a 1/4'' and soften the dampner a little. I was also scraping the inner liner.

the spc slips pretty easily if you drive hard with grippy tires
