My old pads alone were like 300 for the fronts. Maybe I should've had a mini hehe.

Check out the Carbotech XT8 and 10 for g37s. Same brakes as the 370 w/ sport. Those are amazing..

Hi, do you race man?
I've bought a 370 about a month ago and I'm taking it to the track in 4 weeks
I"m gonna buy those brake pads you recommended, and also the oil cooler from doubledownmotorsports.com. do you think their quality is the same as stiller ? ( stiller does not have the oil cooler yet )
any advice for the 370 on the track? would you change anything else in the car?
thanks

On a side note, here's a list of supercar manufacturers that use AP Racing.. where cost isn't an option.. they just want the best..

(midway down this blog entry on the new Competition Gray versions)

Does anyone know if the 370Z OEM (Akebono) sport brakes will be a direct bolt-on to a 2003 350Z with non-Brembo currently installed?

I'm not 100% sure, but I am 90% sure that they are not. Check with Concept Z to be sure, but I think their kit comes with an adapter bracket to make them work. I do remember someone sent me their calipers to powdercoat, and he said he was missing some adapters ( a different vendor, who is not a sponsor here and who also sells a kit forgot to include them)

the brakeman kit Robispec developed used different brackets to mount the calipers to the 370 uprights....so no the two models aren't compatible.
