Getting lowered without springs?
Now I realize this doesn't apply to but very few cars but I was wondering if it was possible on the Z, moreso the Nismo Z because that's what I own. Is it possible to get "any" drop whatsoever without springs? It can even be 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch, anything is good. I think my car is close to perfect but needs a tiny bit more of a drop. Thanks. :tiphat:

Fat passenger?
Seriously though, don't try any bootleg stuff, some new springs are your best bet. |

it really does sit lower! besides that tho? get you some swift springs and a camber kit man.. our cars a pricey and being that yours is a nismo? don't keep out.. around $500 bucks is chump change compare to 40-50k |
Gah, didn't want to have to go with springs again on another car lol. Oh well, thanks.

The closest thing you can do, OP, is to shave the rear rubber springmount. This has been done quite a bit on the 350z to even the height out with stock springs.
You cannot, however, lower the front without a new spring setup. There isn't any kind of perch to trim down. |
this thread is silly....

Anyway, yes in a few hours or so. I'm still at work. :happydance: I also decided to say nay to the custom G3 because of the MAF's. |
The later the better, it's fvcking hot!
