But is there anyone running my setup but with Swift R springs? BTW, i emailed Swift and apparently the springs are designed and made for the US market.. there is no equivalent in Japan...

Relative to the outside fender, 20 mm will look like there is more room to go further out up front but what some may not consider is that the front fender does not come from factory pre-rolled like the rear does and that the inner fender lining sticks out from underneath. Rubbing will be an issue with 25 mm spacers as it occasionally is already with 20 mm spacers.

Interesting comments.
Therefore for those using 20mm up front and dropped, its already rubbing occasionally? Situation will be far worse with the 25mm then... OK, can the front fenders be rolled? To be honest, the wheel/fender gap for the fronts are much bigger than the rears so more of an issue to solve. Quote:

For the most part I only rub when I hit hard bumps that cause my front suspension to compress almost completely. This is evident by the plastic piece of fender lining towards the bumper that my wheels have worn down. |

25 front or 20 it doesnt matter it will rub slightly. I have 20 front 25 rear. My friend has 25 front and rear, and we rub in the front in the same spot. It's really not a big deal, the plastic wore out there already.

I know exactly the spot you're talking about. I kinda just want to take a dremel and cut that portion out flush and cover the hole with a flat plastic piece of some sort.

Okay, lets see.. With the 25mm fronts and swift springs, regular driving wont rub.. Only when thru bumps at a higher than desirable speed when the shocks bottom out... In theory then, if i realize to slow down in time, my fender liners might live longer...

You're describing conditions for a 20 mm spacer, 25 mm will rub much more easily. You should take a look into your front wheel well to find out what we're talking about.

i just did... and it looks like a touch-and-go on whether the drop will be too much...
anyway, thanks for the advice, likely order a set and drop it to see how it goes.

Anyone willing to take photos of the 30mm rear + 25mm front ? Eager to buy spacers, but I want the most aggressive stance without damaging the car too much. Lol

i recently put on 25mm in the front, making it 25mm all around. i'm not dropped. it's a flush look with a small poke all around. if it was mildly dropped on swift springs, i would say that it would be just flush. it comes down to if ur going to run aftermarket wheels or if you're dropped, or planning to run wider tires. for stock height on rays, my suggestion is 25mm all around

Thinking about getting a set of Swifts...do you think I'll run into any issues with the stock sport wheels with 15mm spacers up front and 20 out back? Stock tire size as well.
Thanks!
