I have H&R springs on my nismo i loved the drop btw. the rear sits perfect for me right at the top tread of my tire. the front however didnt

Please Help I have H&R springs on my nismo i loved the drop btw. the rear sits perfect for me right at the top tread of my tire. the front however didnt settle quite far enough to my like. if i cut spring slightly will that be bad? i have no kind of knock or anything from it being to low so i though about cutting but didnt know if that would be a bad idea....
