Just yesterday, I heard a squeaking noise from the rear left side of the car when getting off from the car. Any ideas? I have 25 mm spacers with 19'

Squeaking sound from noise from rear left side
Just yesterday, I heard a squeaking noise from the rear left side of the car when getting off from the car.
 Any ideas? I have 25 mm spacers with 19' volks at rear. I have no idea why it's doing so.
