Sway bar settings. Why not run stiffest setting all the time?

Don't stiffer sways help the tire's contact patch on the road? How does this reduce wet grip? I'm thinking about getting some Stillen sways on OEM suspension to reduce body

How does this reduce wet grip? I'm thinking about getting some Stillen sways on OEM suspension to reduce body roll. Will this condition wear out any other parts prematurely? Would probably run medium setting front/rear.
