you can download the service manual from this site, do a search. it will have all the torque specs. :)

seriously. download the service manual and take a look at pdf's named FSU and RSU. it lists all the torque values in 3 different standards for your convenience.

damn compressing the factory springs then compressing the swift are a pain in the ***!!!

Use a strut compressor (not a spring compressor) with an impact wrench, takes 30 seconds.

The problem with the Swifts are that the coils are compressed on one end and it was a PITA to put the compressor on. It can be done though. Good luck!
