I'd like to get the rear closer to -1.8/-2
My car was at -2.2 (stock) on the rears at 1000 miles when I lowered it. That is within factory spec. It's at -2.5 now and will be leaving it there. it handles better!

looks great. I ran a similar setup on my 06 G35 coupe... Eibach springs with spacers 15(F)/20(R) combo. I really like that look on the 370Z, fills that beautiful rear fender flare.

Anyone know if 15mm spacers will fit with 305 width tires on the stock 19x10 wheel? If so, how much rubbing?

Should be fine There are others on here that are running 305's on a 10.5 rim with +22 offset. This effectively moves the edge of the rim out 14mm more then stock. So a 15mm spacer would be almost the same.

So based off of Phimosis' findings we should be fine dropping it with just springs? I want to do springs and sways, but i dont want to eat tires like crazy.

Any real differences between Ichiba's wheel spacers version I & II?

Ichiba says the strength/durability/precision is the same between type I and type II. It's easier mounting for type II since you leave stock studs in place, but minicobra says you cant use type II up front and type II is a little heavier than type I.

Do you think a 20mm spacer would work?

Yes, I installed 20mm spacers (Rear) on Saturday there is a very subtle difference from the 15mm, I tooks some pics but you cant really notice it in the photos. (I didn't post them, b/c you won't see the diff, before and after) You could probably go 25mm if your car was dropped and you didn't adjust out the negative camber.

good to know as i was planning on going 20mm rear. wouldn't 25mm be stretching it though....i've always be cautious about spacers for some reason.

i've been reading around and it seems not a lot of people are changing their shocks. is this not an issue with the Z when lowering?

I believe that it's just too early to tell.
