Rotor Cleaning

What is the best way to keep your Z Rotors clean, polished and prevent rusting? I keep my Nismo wheels looking good but the rotors need some TLC!

remove them and clean them up with a wire brush, then spray paint them with duplicolor 1200 degree spray paint. let the brake pads wipe the paint off of the swept surface once they are dry, and you'll have a perfect circle paint line. THe rotor faces will always rust, but you can keep the hub portion looking nice if you do this.
