No brake dust!!!!

I'm lovin' the lack of brake dust on this car. My 2003 350 would produce a TON of dust by just going a couple of miles - no exaggeration!! I

My 2003 350 would produce a TON of dust by just going a couple of miles - no exaggeration!! I finally had to put on ceramic pads. Could the former owner of my car have ordered it with Nismo brake pads? Supposedly low dust. Is there an easy way to tell?
