How long does it usually take to get the swift springs in after your order?

Depends on how bakordered they are. Right now, it's like end of march.

That's a good point! I was thinking about beefing up my rubber also... hmmm.

Do you guys have any suggestions for what spacers to run on the base 18" setup?

christian370z 03-18-2011 10:20 PM

I would recommend 20mm all around for base 18s, that will push the wheels out and make them even front and rear while removing making them nicely flush with the fenders.

Thanks Christian!

No problem, always happy to help! Here are some shots of my newly installed sport package rims with 20mm spacers at all 4 corners. I also have a fair amount of negative camber, the fitment is PERFECT:

Nope, no camber arms whatsoever. I told the alignment shop to get it as close to factory spec as possible and the camber is somewhat aggressive (within factory spec) but that is what I am looking for as turn in and handling response is much better now.

That is sick! I might have to grab 20mm spacers now...

Can't wait for my swifts to arrive.... I will stick with the 15 and 20's though in anticipation of wider tires...

If you have a reasonable amount of camber (i.e. the upper range of factory camber specs like I have), you can still easily fit 265s up front and 305s in the rear.

wheee! 03-19-2011 10:40 PM

I'm thinking 275's and 305's, no camber adjustments.

christian370z 03-20-2011 01:28 AM

Same here. It depends on which tire I decide on, but ideally I would like 265/305 or 265/295. Do you know what tire you might go with?
