IMO, the Swifts aren't too mild and not too slammed. I got 1.25" drop in front and 1" in rear. Additionally, there are rave reviews about the ride/performance quality, just read through the Swift threads. Here's a shot of my drop:

Tanabe's are F.8"/R1.0"

i'd say nismo springs, i still see alot of fender gap
