Rear Strut Question
 

hi.

does the rear strut bar have something that is designed to slide left and right when enough inertia is applied to one side? I've been hearing something in there slide around and it sounds intentional but i wanted to make sure. thanks in advance.

i dont think so. my car doesnt make any noise like that. are you sure the noise isn't coming from the trunk? maybe one of your tools are loose or dropped a penny in the spare tire compartment, etc.??

there is a cavity just under the strut bar under the flooring so check there as well for something that might be loose.
