How much different with sport and nismo suspension

Need some help gettin some answers. I wanted to know the difference from a sport package Z and a Nismo Z. Seen some Nismo springs for sale so The real question is how much do Nismo springs drop a Z compared to Sport. Also want to know the ride comfort aswell.

Spec says 0.4 inches - I measured a 0.1 inch rise with my install. The Nismo s-tune suspension will change your ride comfort. Out of a maximum ride smoothness
of 10, I'd rate the sport suspension a 6 and the s-tune about a 3.

I went with Stillen sway bars rather than the Nismo units.

I picked up the Nismo springs and struts. Very happy with them.

Very stiff at first, but softens a bit after a few hundred miles. Handles much better and I found both taking off from a dead stop and braking to be improved -- less overall chassis movement.

If you can find a set for a good price, grab them. Best bang for the buck, and you know they are properly matched for the vehicle.

Kindof confuse on ride height did you mean rise higher than sport or lower... and smoothness u sain its rougher than my sport correct..

Correct. Your ride height will not change very much at all although the specs say it should be 0.4 inches lower. It will be noticeably stiffer than the sport - but the handling will be much more precise, especially with some stiffer sway bars.

I have a set of Nismo springs and struts sitting in my dining room. I got them from a member on here for a real good deal. I also have a set of Eibach sways too.

I will try to post a review when I get them on in the spring. There seems to be little information on here about putting Nismo struts and springs on a sport model.

Does anyone know if the Nismo S-Tune struts and springs (as offered in the Nismo parts and accessories brochure) are the same as the ones that come on the 370Z Nismo from the factory?

^The S-tune exhaust is not the same as the stock Nismo, so this is a good question.

According to my mechanic (that installed my suspension), there is no difference visually in the parts. They look identical. Is there a difference between S-tune and the suspension on the Nismo?

To the best of my knowledge, the S-tune spring/struts and OEM Nismo ones are the same.

I might have to keep my eye out on a used set from someone that is getting aftermarket coil overs for their Nismo. I wouldn't mind my suspension to be a bit firmer for Autox and track use, but I don't feel the need to lower the car, I still want to be able to drive it on the crappy roads around Chicago year round. So the Nismo suspension sounds like the way to go.
