I'm sure Josh will post the new stiffness percentages per adjustment.

If you already have the set then the replacement front bar is $170. Its not a great deal but it is fair.

Installed the Stillen adjustable front sway bar and the fit and finish are great. I went with the most agressive position, third hole from the end. The only item missing is the five adjustment values from Stillen. I will take the Z off of the rack this week for a "drive" to get a feel.

Glad the installation went good.. In regards to the 5-way adjustability, that's done with 3 holes.. here's a diagram:

Because the bar is being flexed torsionally, you can mix the holes..

Problem now is, what setting am I going to use?
&*^$*&^%!!!! Figure's they'd get better/cheaper three months after I got mine..... grrrr. First adopters always pay the big bucks for the new stuff before it's optimized. Never seem to learn that lesson...

Hollow, look at the picture Josh posted of the Bars. You can see that the ends of the rear bar are just flattened parts of the tube.

this is more regarding the rear bar. but I dont want to start a brand new thread yet. But i got my front and rear bars installed. the front feels perfect. i put the rear on the softest setting, as i'm never going to track it, its on regular roads maybe 2-4 times a week. but when i go over slight bumps, best example, a sewer cap with the 1/4 inch drop on the road, it feels like my car is about to fishtail.

thats the best description i have for it. there is no way this is correct? do any of you feel this with your rear? or am i just not used to the sway bar yet?
