H&R or Swift Springs?

My curiosity though, for those of you with the Swifts, you say body roll is much less, my plan was to also do a Stillen Sway Bar, do any of you also have a sway bar? Or are the springs really that good, and is it not necessary to do the sway bar too?

I have swift springs and stillen sways. The sway bars alone noticeably reduced roll, with the springs there is now very little. A good combo for street/auto-x, I plan on doing some track sessions next spring.
