50K miles on OEM shocks is pretty good. Then again, Swifts do have a conservative drop which isn't too burdensome for the factory dampers.

The spring rate has a greater effect on reducing the life of the dampeners than the ride height...

So anybody make it to 75k on oem shocks and swifts yet? Im basically waiting for the car to get bouncier to make sure they are at their limits right? How would I know if the struts are out?

I just installed these on my z yesterday and my front driver's is about 1/4 inch higher than the passenger side. And the rear passenger side is about 1/2 an inch higher than rear driver's side. Should I expect these to settle more evenly over a few weeks?

For s&g's here's a pic of my ride on swifts!

I have a set coming with some spacers for my 16' enthusiast... cannot wait to have it a bit lower with a bit more flush! Will post my review once I install them.

Purchased Swift springs from Kamispeed and these guys were awesome. Extremely fast shipping and awesome customer service. But hoping you guys can help, they make a constant squishy sound...any idea on a fix? Also installed spc rear camber....thanks!!!

^^ I don't recall what they're called, but there are rubber "sleeves" that came with OEM springs that you can use. They're not exactly full on sleeves as they don't wrap the entire spring, but they sort of sit between coils.

You use the plastic piece from the stock springs -- that is what I did. I do not think you need to remove the spring to install them.
