Swifts with OEM shocks are ok.. could be just a tad stiffer, imo.

I ran Swifts with stock dampers for about 4 months or so. It was good, but no where near as good as it is now with Koni's.

I wish i could get these but they will be to low for me because i have to daily drive the Z in a crazy corporate area for now. However i got RSR springs for the 370Z ordered on their way from Japan!!! They barely drop the car but its exactly what i need i think. Im wondering if i should pair up with Konis.Cant wait

I enjoy the ride. The springs do absorb some of the smaller bumps in the road...but the bigger bumps definitely feel more pronounced...I think that's just due to having a stiffer spring rate. Even my wife noticed that the ride was smoother than before. I don't necessarily think that upgrading your shocks right off the bat is required...unless you just wanted to get everything done at once.

Are you running spacers? I'm planning on switching over from my "hella flush" setup. I've come to the conclusion crazy wide wheels and slammed just isn't practical for a daily driver, not to mention I want my comfortable ride back. My cousin TJAZER swears by these.. Should have listened to him in the first place instead of going with my BC setup.. Which btw one of the rear coils has frozen in the highest position which is still lower than stock SMH.. Maybe I'm getting old.. haha

Try it without, it's not the end of the world and if you don't like the camber or tire wear, buy a camber kit....

Last weekend I got Swift Springs, 20/25mm spacers and front and rear camber kits installed. I'm already done with the custom audio install too so I'll be looking to get Nismo wheels next.
