Swift springs review!!!!!

I really appreciate everyone's input in this thread! A lot of great info here. Mine are sitting on my fireplace waiting for me to find time for the install. Hopefully you will get some roadster feedback before too long.

BTW... all of your cars look great with the drop! Really excited to get mine done and get the spacers on!

After 50 or so miles of "spirited" driving

This thread was a great source, the install went smooth and I am extremely happy with the feel of the springs. The car feels tighter, more responsive, but there seems to be almost no sacrifice in the harshness of the ride. I will be getting an alignment as soon as I get these bad boys installed...

I will post up the alignment sheet and more pics when the wheels and tires are installed, hopefully by early next week!

There is no going back, 100% improvement over stock height. First install pics looked like the rear had a lot to settle down. Final stance after 50 miles looks great.

New wheels....I hate you ....those are bad arse wheels. Now what tires and sizes are going to wrap around them rims?

i installed my swift spec r spring this past weekend and ive only dropped 5/8 up front and 1/2 rear how long does it take too settle wtf... this isnt my first time lowering a car its never taken this long too settle!!!

Have my alignment scheduled for Friday morning. My rear suspension has been pretty noisy since my install, but it's not because of the springs- the rear toe is off quite a bit. I installed a rear spring bucket brace at the same time, so one of the spring buckets likes to move around due to the terrible toe alignment whenever I start or stop the car from moving.

Even though my alignment at the moment sucks, the springs are great. I wouldn't call the drop conservative or aggressive. It really is right there in the middle. The performance of the spring is, as someone else said, 100% better than stock. Not harsh, but EXTREMELY planted in the corners.

Honestly, this is how the Z should have been from the factory. The ride is dramatically improved in every way.

The only drawback I could see for people is if they want a lower drop. In that case, just go with some coilovers so you can dial in whatever setting you want.

It will take a while, but it wouldn't hurt to check your install.

By far this is the best spring you can buy just short of coil overs.

The swifts with stock dampers are better than most of the coilover options (stance, BC, etc).

Whenever we get an adjustable damper available for our cars, I'm switching to those, but for now, we don't have much in the way of options between overpriced TEINs and KWs, and the swifts w/ stock dampers.

Lol - no room on the fireplace so I have mine stashed in my Star Wars game. Waiting on my spacers so I can do them both at the same time.
