I actually love the look of the base rims. I ran the sport rims for a while, but prefer the base. If only they were wider.... |

Yeh I just updated my post a few back with no change after a few miles with someone sitting in tha passenger seat. Mile miles I guess to see how the settle.
Time for some spacers until you can go for new rims. I actually felt that quicker response and not so much understeer as you described in your review. The camber setup can play a role as I am finding with two cars identically setup. One is slugglish on steering repsponse and it's the car with camber being off. It just did not have the flick to the left flick to the right type of response. So off to the alignment shop again. |

To be honest, I don't really want to run spacer with our stock hub centric wheels. Too much risk. I am hoping the car settles level. It's not been uncommon to see the passenger side take a month to settle down. |

swift springs aside from lowering the car ( which is a plus) will there be any handling improvement on a nismo? this car handles in the turns I can't see that it would be that much better or are there other benifits I'm just not seeing.thanks

Yes, you will still be seeing an increase in spring rates, and I think slightly better weight distribution. The front and rears are also moved closer to each other, so when you get on it, it is easier to get weight onto the back tires.

Quick question for long time users of Swift Springs: have they caused any creaks or rattles in the car? I love how well built the 370Z and how solid it sounds going over imperfections in the road (the 350Z always felt like it was going to break something and eventually developed more rattles than I cared to listen to).
I just want to make sure I won't develop random rattles everywhere from a slightly lower suspension. |
