You guys in the states are lucky! I put the swift springs on 2 weeks ago and have been trying to find a alignment shop in Hilo Hawaii. Everyone said they don't do lowered cars. The one person i found wants $200 to try and do it wtf!!! Anyone know how to do it yourself maybe i can attempt it.

You'll definitely need a shop to do the alignment. Should cost more in the $100-120 range. Make sure the shop has an actual alignment machine also.

It's not terribly difficult to do some of it yourself. You can use google to get started finding some resources.

It's also worth making friends with someone who works at a shop. I don't pay for alignments, or basic stuff done to the car, and I just tip the guy who does the work.

I guess I will throw a couple in as well: Swift springs, SP Rays, and 20mm spacers.

Thanks, your stance and drop with spacers reassure me that I am going down the correct path. Car looks great!

As others have chimed in on I second it have it done at a shop. I have never paid over $75 for an alignment on a quality Hunter rack.

Stance is looking aggressive. What size tire are you running up front?

Thanks! Just the stock 245 width RE050 tires up front and stock 275s in the rear although I will eventually go 255 front 285 rear with some RE11s.

What model H&R spacers did you get, and are you on stock rubber?

Do It Yourself Alignment Tips

Here's a link to check out. I still recommend finding a shop to help you out though.

Hey bigdog1250, what size spacers are you running up front? They look like 15mm.

Yep, they are your old 15s! They should look more flush once I get the car aligned and the top of the wheel get pushed out a bit more (reducing the negative camber). I plan on going 255s in the front and 295 in the rear once my tires go, so I wanted room to slap on bigger meat. Otherwise I'd have gone with 20/25 like you.
