Painting Calipers: front AND back, or just front???
I've searched the forum and couldn't find what i was looking for on this. So i need opinions...if you were to paint your calipers (doesn't matter what color), would you paint both front and back calipers, or just the front?
While my car sat at the dealership waiting to get my Stillen supercharger straightened around, i had them paint the calipers. I assumed they were going to paint all four, however, my mechanic (being a performance fanatic himself) only painted the front. My Z is black, and i plan on putting the black TE37's with the blue "Rays" decal. So i had him paint the (front) calipers blue. My goal of painting them blue was to add some color to what will be black car on black wheels look. So anyways, just looking for opinions to paint the back or not. So here's an example of one of our forum member's vehicle (but non-painted caliper): http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t...1276979483.jpg Here is example of what it will look like with painted caliper: http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t...1/DSC_4476.jpg |

In for installed pics, this sounds like it's going to look great.
Good luck OP!! |
yea definitely, i'll take some pics with the stock rays, and eventually the TE37's which are on order...will take like 3 months to get them from Japan :shakes head:

I'd like to replace my Sport rays with either Nismo Rays Powdercoated Flat Black, or Black TE37's. |
Just painting the front ones would look weird. Do all 4.
