whats up guys a friend of mine whom has a 350z is looking at the D2 racing BBK. i have never really heard of this brand before and was wondering

whats up guys

a friend of mine whom has a 350z is looking at the D2 racing BBK. i have never really heard of this brand before and was wondering if any of you guys have owned anything from D2 and if you could chime in and give me a little insight about D2

yes i owned a set of D2 coilovers for my old IS300. i hated them. HATED THEM. the actual shock itself was trash. adjusting the compression did zero. the front shocks both blew afetr about 6 months.

i would def not trust them with a big break kit!!!! cheap materials in that area and your dead!

This is yet another company putting their logo on a product manufactured in Taiwan by company that understands manufacturing, but not necessarily automotive systems, engineering or development. The same exact brake system can be purchased through other "tuner/importers" in different colors/logos. If my grandmother was willing to order up 5 or 10 sets, they would make calipers in a nice lavender with her own name on them. Maybe even with owl caricatures and a fresh garden scent.

Remember that brakes are the primary safety system on any vehicle. A few bucks saved up front could very well mean much more spent later (or worse).
