I'm looking at the BC racing BR type coilovers. they mention having camber plates. What are these? do these allow me to adjust the camber to bring it back to

What are these? do these allow me to adjust the camber to bring it back to near stock specs after lowering the car, or do i still need a camber kit/toe bolts etc.
