Kenchan, I am very confused. I have ordered 20mm spacers front and rear for my 2010 vert. with sport package. What factory stud are you talking about that needs grinding?

The spacers come with replacement studs. I have not removed the front wheels yet so I don't know what it looks like stock or what stud you are talking about.

there are spacers that have built-in studs like this. if you use this type on the front the stock studs will not clear the back of the stock sport wheels (15mm and 20mm will not clear). i dont think you want to grind the stock studs since you might want to use other wheels down the road, but you will need to slightly grind the back of your sport wheels for clearance if you use 20mm of this spacer type. this is modshack's picture. LOL! I closed my store and joined the Army after Steve Jobs opened the Apple Store in Canada and killed my business. Can't compete with the manufacturer when he holds all the product....
BUT if you want to know military secrets.... they're on my iPhone!

i wouldnt grind the sport wheels, i would just grind the studs since they are a lot cheaper and east to replace. if you go with different wheels you can replace the studs for $2-3 ea. but if you want to sell your wheels some people may not like that you did any grinding on them imo
