If you haven't already heard of them, SPL Pro Suspension has been active in all types of road course racing and drifting over the past few years. You can find their suspension components being used on almost all Nissan S- and Z-chassis vehicles competitively raced or tracked. Here are a few notables- Dent Sport Garage S13 (Time Attack/Road Course) http://www.dentsport.com/wp-content/...n/com_side.jpg Chris Forsberg's Z33 (2009 Formula D Champion) http://origin-lab.com/blog/wp-conten...2008/04/1c.jpg SG Motorsports Z33 (Koni Challenge) http://www.sg-motorsport.com/gallery...serialNumber=1 The reason is simple: their suspension components can take all kinds of abuse. http://splparts.com/wpimages/wp5b25c6d4_05.jpg http://splparts.com/wpimages/wp912502d3_05.jpg Speed Element is proud to offer SPL Pro Suspension's latest offerings for the 370z- Eccentric Lockout Kit http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/8708/splelz341.jpg Rear Camber Link http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/5939/splrllz342.jpg Rear Knuckle Monoball Bushings http://img841.imageshack.us/img841/5038/splrkbz342.jpg Rear Toe Link (for use with true coilover conversions) http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/2280/splrtaz344.jpg Rear Traction Link http://img651.imageshack.us/img651/1969/splrtrz341.jpg All suspension components can also be ordered in Black or Chrome Anodized. http://img822.imageshack.us/img822/589/splrtrz343.jpg GET YOURS HERE!! http://www.the370z.com/suspension-br...tml#post701324 |
Those look really good, I've seen thier stuff before. They are on my list for when I go coilovers. I started a post on THIS THREAD making reference to the 350EVO (discontinued for 350) front arms. I had them and the Stillen rear parts on my G35 and it was a nice combo. MBonanni started talking about SPL not being able to get a car for development on thier similar stuff on that post. I sent SPL an email from all that, glad to see they found a car to prototype stuff. I hope they do some fronts similar to what I linked above or better.
On a side note every time I read a mag and they start talking lowering suspension, the hot topic seems to be correcting roll center and bump steer. I understand the basics on those. Does the 370 need suspension adjustment for roll center at some point? Is it on their list of items to make? |
