Tein S Tech?

Tein S techs give the lowest drop in a spring that I know of for the 370z. But how does it perform in comparison to others? Thanks. Ambient

EDIT: The H&R springs are lower...

They are a little stiffer than the Nismo S Tune, but others claim they feel better and less harsh.

Nismo Lowered on Tein S Tech Lowering Springs

I'm pretty sure the teins aren't the most aggressive drop on the market either if that's what youre looking for. I believe that award goes to the H&Rs

+1 H&R give the lowest drop and probably the closest you can have your car look like its on coils, not springs.

Teins are great to just get rid of the wheel gap, not to slam the car.

I don't want to slam it, the roads are way to bad for that here.

Ordered my s techs with my volks earlier today. should be here hopefully next week.

I had S-Tech's on my WRX at one point. If you want performance...the Tein S-Tech's do not provide any...they are for looks only. I ended up swapping them out for Eibach's, which provided way better performance handling than the S-Tech's ever could...and the Eibach's didn't bottom out like the Tein's did on big bumps.

i partly agree.... they dont offer huge performance but by lowering the cenetr of gravity and stiffening up body lean they do HELP.

Tein S Tech:
F: .87" / R: .75"

Eibach Prokit:
F: .9" / R: .8"

H&R Springs:
F: 1.3" / R: 1.0"

So considering those figures, the Tein S Tech springs obviously aren't the lowest drop - in fact, they offer the most mild drop. Would it be safe to say that the S Tech's must settle a bit lower then?

my Teins definitely took a few weeks to settle... and it's safe to say my drop is not as mild as the advertised stats.

WOW that's actually a bigger drop than I expected, more than advertised for the Tein's... that's for sure..!!

Would you still recommend these springs if you had to do it again, since these actually offer one of the mildest drops around.

That seems like an aweful lot 1.5", and I just ordered mine..

i believe the award for the lowest drop now goes to Megan for 1.5 all around. I cant comment on quality though.

Did you use a camber kit in both the front and rear or just the rear?
