So I absolutely want to lower my car and I've been looking at multiple options for awhile. At first I was pretty sure I wanted coilovers, but honestly after browsing around I'm convinced they would be a waste for me as the most "track-ish" thing I'm likely to ever see is an autocross course.
As my main goal is to lower my car while still being a DD on Jersey roads I feel that H&R springs are a pretty solid choice, especially because it seems like people have more success with them than Eibachs. With that said, three questions... 1). How do they hold up with time? Are they going to deteriorate in a matter of months? Years? 2). For those that have them -- would you buy them again? 3). Has anyone worn out their struts yet with H&Rs or any other type of spring on this car? If anyone browses any G37 sites, that info works too. It is late and I'm sure I will want to edit this a bit in the morning, but yeah, halp? |
