Question about H&R springs...
So I absolutely want to lower my car and I've been looking at multiple options for awhile. At first I was pretty sure I wanted coilovers, but honestly after browsing around I'm convinced they would be a waste for me as the most "track-ish" thing I'm likely to ever see is an autocross course.
As my main goal is to lower my car while still being a DD on Jersey roads I feel that H&R springs are a pretty solid choice, especially because it seems like people have more success with them than Eibachs. With that said, three questions... 1). How do they hold up with time? Are they going to deteriorate in a matter of months? Years? 2). For those that have them -- would you buy them again? 3). Has anyone worn out their struts yet with H&Rs or any other type of spring on this car? If anyone browses any G37 sites, that info works too. It is late and I'm sure I will want to edit this a bit in the morning, but yeah, halp?

I really like the h&r springs, perfect drop for me and rides like oem. Some people say eibach are bouncy. I'm planning to get h&r on my next z. I haven't heard of any stories of blown shocks on any g or z forum. You should get it if you like tiny wheel gap up front and more wheel gap in back.

I'm currently running H&R springs! I was only going to run these springs for a short spell until I find the Coilover I like. Now I'll probably run them longer since the ride is just like stock. The ride height is low so rear camber arms are recommended. My wife's Audi TT has been on H&R springs for a couple years now with zero problems! I've had H&R coilovers on past vehicles and loved them.
