Default SPC rear camber arms needs drilling? end links for hotckis question as well.

So here is the story, I am installing front and rear spc cambers arms. The shop took over 4hrs just to install front camber arms! My shop told me they need enlarge the holes for the toe links like G37's. otherwise it wont fit. They r charging an extra $100 in addtion to the $250 labour i paid.
Is this true? how hard it is to install the front camber arms?

Also, they said when upgrade to stiffer sways to hotchkis, stock end links needs to be replaced as well because they are not strong enough? They said if I leave it, the bearings will break.
Is this true as well?

Thanks very much, I am very paranoid today
