Default Carbotech Pads

Im in the market for some brake upgrades, will be ordering a set of Goodridge SS lines and Motul RBF fluid, only this is I cant decide what pads to go with...

I decided to skip the Hawks after reading some threads on how bad they are at cold temps and other personal experiences (Not with my Z but with my previous car).

So this leaves Carbotech as the winner, but what pads are most of you running for street/hard driving, and maybe a couple track days in the year ?
