Rotors

Im thinkin about getting new rotors for my nismo and paiting the calipers red. I am satisfied with the brakes that come with the nismo and I dont track the car very often so this is more of a visual upgrade than performance upgrade. Any suggestions on some nice slotted rotors that wont cost me an arm and a leg?

stoptech rotors, although i would suggest powdercoating the calipers rather than paint.

For 1-piece:

Just beware of the cheap-o eBay stuff. When it comes to brakes, shortcuts are generally a pretty bad idea. Most of the horror stories about aftermarket drilled and/or slotted rotors was due to poor quality above all else.

For 2-piece rotors, DBA has options coming soon, but they will cost a bunch more than 1-piece rotors.

Disc Brakes Australia, one of the better brake rotor manufacturers anywhere.

They make a lot of aftermarket applications, along with a huge amount of OE rotors. These are carried by STILLEN and normally in stock, which will be the case when the Sport/Akebono versions finally arrive.
