I'm pretty sure that I know the answer to this already, but I wanted to get other opinions anyway. I am thinking of getting the H&K spacers but I won't be lowering my Z since I am afraid of scraping on the local roads that I travel on most of the time. If I put 15mm on the front and 25 mm on the back I am hoping that the extra width will give me the look that I want without lowering the car. My question is this: Is there any reason to get an alignment after I add spacers? My thinking is that since I am not really changing the geometry of the suspension - just moving the wheels out in the same plane that an alignment wouldn't be needed. Am I off base here?
