KW Coilover Settings and Review

I'm about to install the KW's tomorrow... Any tips for a good setting to start with? I'm using the Z as a daily driver and I'm not going to track

I'm about to install the KW's tomorrow... Any tips for a good setting to start with? I'm using the Z as a daily driver and I'm not going to track it - actually I just only want to lower it and keep the behaviour of the factory-suspension.
