brake fluid recommendations

Is it true the GT-R uses DOT4 fluid and if so, will a dealership perform a brake flush and replace with it? I know it’s not a terrible DIY, but

I know it’s not a terrible DIY, but I’m probably going for an AT flush anyway, so was going to at least get a quote.
