Well the 370z ss lines from concept z worked on my M45 - can't see why they wouldn't go the other way

The CZP lines are very different from the Goodrich ones design-wise though. The Goodrich ones emulate the stock layout and use the stock brackets.

yep. spindles, wheel hubs, all of that jazz are the same between the m45 and g37/370
