HELP 370z rear 2 piston caliper &rotor

[drifter s14]

hi i was wondering if someone could help me out with some measurements

im trying to see if they will fit on my s14 240sx

i need a measurement of where the caliper mounts to from hole to hole

and measurements of the inside of the rotor/drum (parking brake)where parking brake shoe rides

and rotor thickness

also will this rotor and caliper clear 18inch wheels

pictures of measurements would be best
