Brake Pads EOM or Upgrade?

At your mileage If the disk are in good shape; I've never seen it as necessary to change them out, I've also never had a problem after swapping new pads onto old rotors

If you have noticeable grooves, heavy scoring(oxidation) and or warpage it might be best practice to replace the disk.
