Question on Nismo strut tower bar
Hey yall. I was wondering if the front strut tower bar on the Nismo was the same as the one on the regular Z? If not would it fit? Maybe a cheap handling upgrade? The Zele is just to expensive. Thanks!

Really doubt replacing the factory strut bar will do you much good. The NISMO strut tower brace has some extra reinforcement, but if you're going to spend a couple hundred bucks for a cheap handling upgrade I'd look at sway bars...

Handling upgrade, not really. Does it look cool, sure it does. I've looked into getting it two years ago when i first got my Z, but not for that much they wanted 700 when it first came out.

I here ya, it's just like putting the gt-r red start button on. It's just something different than you already have.

Sway bars would be a much better investment if you're looking to improve the handling. For about an extra $100 more than the Nismo strut bar, you can buy front and rear Whiteline bars. Or you could buy the front now, rear later or vice versa.
