Default Alignment Questions

I don't have a 370Z but its big brother, a 2017 Q60. I come here to ask technical questions since the Q60/Q50 folks don't have much track experience. My Q is great at the track but obviously it will never be ideal due to the high weight.

I have replaced all of the OEM suspension parts with SPL parts and Silver's Coilovers (14k/10k). I have a great shop doing the work and helping me out getting the car ready for track days. I also visited the shop at VIR so they could see what my car looked like before a track day in case I ran into any issues while there.

My shop setup my alignment as follows:
Camber -1.5 Front and -1.6 Rear
Toe 0 Front and .05 degrees Rear

At the VIR shop before the track day, they showed the following:
Camber -1.6 Front and 1.7 Rear (likely just measurement difference)
Toe 0.1mm Front and .02mm left rear, 1.0mm right rear. So the left rear toe was out. Easy fix for them

After two days at VIR, I went back to my shop to get the brakes bled, oil change and alignment check and got some strange readings:
Front and Rear camber was about the same
Front toe, -0.17 degrees left and +0.16 degrees right
Rear toe, +0.22 degrees left and +.0.06 degrees right.

The shop owner and I had a chat and he was a bit surprised by the front toe readings. He said nothing was loose and was able to get everything back to our spec easily.

Is this kind of change normal after two novice level track days at VIR? I was driving on the curbing as instructed and the car seem to handle those well. I never felt the car was unsettled at my novice level speed.

I am heading back to VIR later this month for one more day so I will see how the alignment holds up this time.

Next year, I will be working on a more track focused alignment with more camber but I wanted to stay with these specs for this last track day.

Thanks for any feedback!
