Terrible noise

Upgraded to akebono brakes on my roadster with larger tires. I use this car on weekends. When I pull out of the garage the brakes make a loud squeak noise

I use this car on weekends. When I pull out of the garage the brakes make a loud squeak noise very loud. It awful and my entire block hears it no exaggeration. As I start driving the noise goes away. I changed f/rotors and brake pads. Anyone please help Thank you
