Default Pad Change? Lip on Rotor

I bought a 2009 370z Nismo a year ago. When I bought it the front pads and rotors definitely needed changing, which I did a few days after buying it. About 6 months ago I noticed a squeaking coming from the brakes. I also noticed a lip on the rear rotors.

So I bought new rear rotors and pads and was going to put them on today. When I pulled out the old pads I realized they new pads they sent me werent the right ones. However, the old pads still seemed to have a lot of life left in them compared to the new ones.

This is my second DYI brake change, and I dont know a lot. Are my old pads ok? The old pad is on the top in the first and second picture. On the left in the third picture.

Default

Looks like you have sport brakes and the new pads are for a non-sport model. The old pads look to have plenty of usable material. Inspect them for cracks and/or uneven/unusual wear.
